What are your hours?
Town Hall is open for Town Business from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
When are Town Council Meetings?
The second Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise posted.
When are Planning Commission Meetings?
Work meetings are the first Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. Regular meetings are the third Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. Changes in regular meeting schedule are otherwise posted.
When does the Zion Canyon Visitors Bureau meet?
Z.C.V.B. meets at Town Hall at 2:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month.
Do you have a Notary Public?

Is there a Chamber of Commerce?
The Springdale Chamber of Commerce is now called the Zion Canyon Visitors Bureau. Visitor and business information is available at the Town Hall at 118 Lion Blvd.

How do I sign up for utilities?
Contact Dawn Wallace, the Town Treasurer, at Springdale Town Hall, (435) 772-3434 ext. 105
Applications for water and sewer as well as secondary water (irrigation) can also be picked up from Springdale Town Hall receptionist or downloaded from the water or sewer pages of the website. Renters will be required to pay a deposit. There is no fee required for new service to property owners.
When are utility payments due?
Payments for utilities are due on the 25th of each month. For other utilities questions, contact Dawn Wallace at the Springdale Town Hall, (435) 772-3434 ext. 105.
Can I drop off a utility payment rather than mail it?
You may take it to the Town Hall offices front counter receptionist, or at the utilities drop box outside at 118 Lion Blvd.
When are water meters read?
Meters are read at the end of each month. For billing information, contact Dawn Wallace at the Springdale Town Hall, (435) 772-3434 ext. 105.
I have a water leak in my house and need to have the water shut off, and it's Saturday - what can I do? Springdale Town Hall provides Public Works services on call over weekends and holidays. Call (435) 772-3434 and retrieve the public works emergency phone number.
Whom do I notify when I move to or away from Springdale?

How may I rent the use of the Town Hall council room?
The Town Council Chambers are reserved for Town business and may not be rented. The Canyon Community Center (CCC) has rooms that may be rented for a variety of private functions. Please visit the CCC website's rental page for details regarding facility rentals.
Is there a park in town that I can rent for a family reunion or reception?
Springdale has two beautiful parks. The George S. Barker River Park is centrally located on SR-9, has tables and restrooms, located on the Virgin River. This park is open to everyone for day use and may not be reserved.
The Town Park is located on Lion Blvd. adjacent to the Town Hall and Canyon Community Center and has a gazebo, patio area, restrooms, softball field, tennis court, playground and volleyball court. Nets are in place, but you must provide equipment. The playground, volleyball courts, tennis courts and restrooms are open to the public and may not be rented or reserved. Other park areas, ball field, gazebo and patio areas, may be rented for a fee, and deposit. Deposits are refundable provided the park facilities are left in good order and trash is removed. May I use the Springdale Shuttle system?
Visitors are urged to park their cars in designated areas and ride the free shuttle throughout town or to the Zion National Park entrance. The shuttle system currently runs from the last weekend in March through the last weekend in October. Shuttles run from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily.
I have lost my pet in Springdale. Where might I find it?

I need a burn permit. Whom do I call?

Is there a Clinic in Town?
Zion Canyon Clinic is the building just a few yards north of Town Hall. You may contact them at (435) 772-3226 .
