Town Ball Field Restroom Request for Proposals (RFP)
The Town of Springdale is seeking proposals from Utah State licensed general contractors to construct a new restroom facility at the Town ball field, using a construction manager/general contractor scenario. The Town envisions this working relationship as a “Design-Build” scenario where final construction details will be determined jointly between the Town and the Contractor.

Proposal materials must be received at the Town of Springdale, 118 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, Utah 84767, addressed to the attention of Rick Wixom, Town Manager, by Monday, February 13, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. Proposals will not be opened at that time.
