What are your hours?
Town Hall is open to public from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
When are Town Council Meetings?
The second Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise posted.
When are Planning Commission Meetings?
The third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise posted.
When does the Zion Canyon Visitors Bureau meet?
Z.C.V.B. meets at Town Hall at 2:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month.
Do you have a Notary Public?
Notary Public Services are available during business hours.
Is there a Chamber of Commerce?
The Springdale Chamber of Commerce is now called the Zion Canyon Visitors Bureau. Visitor and business information is available at the Town Hall at 118 Lion Blvd.

How do I sign up for utilities?

Applications for water and sewer as well as secondary water (irrigation) can also be picked up from Springdale Town Hall receptionist. Renters will be required to pay a deposit. There is no fee required for new service to property owners.
When are utility payments due?
Payments for utilities are due five working days before the last day of each month. For other utilities questions, contact Springdale Town Hall utilities office at (435) 772-3434 ext. 105.
Can I drop off a utility payment rather than mail it?
You may take it to the Town Hall offices front counter receptionist, or at the utilities drop box outside at 118 Lion Blvd.
When are water meters read?
Meters are read at the end of each month. For billing information, contact Springdale Town Hall utilities office at
(435) 772-3434 ext. 105.
I have a water leak in my house and need to have the water shut off, and it's Saturday - what can I do? Springdale Town Hall provides Public Works services on call over weekends and holidays.

How may I rent the use of the Town Hall council room?
Contact the front desk receptionist to check availability and complete rules, regulations and agreement form, which can be faxed to you or filled out up at the front counter. A small fee is charged and you may need instruction regarding after hours use and key pick-up and return. Email: frontdesk@infowest.com
Is there a park in town that I can rent for a family reunion or reception?
Springdale has two beautiful parks. The Riverside Park is centrally located on SR-9, has tables and restrooms, located on the Virgin River. This park is open to everyone for day use and may not be reserved. The City Park is located on Lion Blvd. just behind Town Hall and has a softball field, tennis court, and playground and volleyball court. Nets are in place, but you must provide equipment. Gazebo and patio areas with restrooms may be rented for a fee, and deposit. The deposit is refundable provided the park is left in good order and trash is removed. May I use the Springdale Shuttle system?
Visitors are urged to park their cars in designated areas and ride the free shuttle throughout town or to the Zion National Park entrance. The shuttle system currently runs from the last weekend in March through the last weekend in October. Shuttles run from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily.
I have lost my pet in Springdale. Where might I find it?
