Oh boy, oh boy!
I love Fall and I know almost everyone wants to be fit and trim when it's time for the Holidays.This message is for those from Hurricane to Springdale that need to know about a terrific fitness opportunity offer.
You may have heard about the fun and effective fitness classes offered daily at the Canyon Community Center in Springdale. Some of your friends and neighbors are regular attendees and I it's time to come see what all the buzz is about.
Let me list and ,hopefully, dismiss what I feel are the main barriers for not making the leap and starting to exercise with our groups...
#1 Convenience
The fitness classes are Mon.-Fri. at 7 and 8 A.M. thus giving all a daily option to attend either time slot. All classes are at the Springdale Community Center offering easy access to the whole canyon community.
#2 Will I fit in?
These classes are full of people from the local community and consist of folks of various fitness levels, ages, gender, sizes and shapes.Everyone is given options with every exercise so they can challenge themselves individually. Ask around. Chances are you already know someone exercising with us. We use light hand weights, stability balls, weighted bars and , sometimes just our own body weight to address all fitness components including muscular strength and endurance, heart and lung stamina, balance, flexibility, and body composition. Classes are fun and effective and different everyday!
#3 Is there a financial risk?

If you commit to two weeks(10 workouts for $80.00) , come to all 10 sessions and still don't feel and look better, lose a few pounds, and have fun doing it I will return your $80.00 fee in full!!!
