Planning Commission Public Notices
The Springdale Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following items on Tuesday, April 24 at 5:30PM. The Springdale Town Council will consider the items in a public hearing on Wednesday, May 9 at 5:00PM. Both hearings will be held at the Springdale Town Hall, 118 Lion Boulevard, Springdale Utah.
1. Public Hearing: Ordinance Revision - Revising Title 10 Chapter 2, 15, and 21 of the Zoning ordinance regulating non-conforming uses and non-conforming structures
2. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Restaurant at 975 Zion Park Boulevard: Matt and Trista Rayner
3. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Transient Lodging at 111 Juniper Lane: Jonathan Zambella

The Springdale Town Council will consider the items in a public hearing on Wednesday, June 13 at 5:00PM. Both hearings will be held at the Springdale Town Hall, 118 Lion Boulevard, Springdale Utah.
1- Ordinance Amendment: Revisions to section 10-15B-9 of the Town Code allowing the development of public natural surface trails on slopes measuring 30% and greater in grade.
