Planning Commission and Town Council Hearings
The Town of Springdale Planning
Commission will hold a public hearing to
consider the following items on Tuesday,
July 15 at 5:30 PM. The hearing will be
held at Springdale Town Hall, 118 Lion
Boulevard.
1. Preliminary and Final Subdivision
Plats: Don Dennett requests approval of
a 2-lot subdivision on property at 792
Zion Park Boulevard.
2. Design / Development Review: Don
Dennett requests design / development
review approval of a 72-unit motel
located at 792 Zion Park Boulevard.
