Recycling
The Town does not provide a town-wide recycling program. However, options do exist for individuals to recycle on their own. There are companies operating in the Southern Utah area that offers curbside recycling to individual properties. While the Town does not have its own program, it supports recycling and encourages residents, businesses and visitors to recycle.

Residential Pick-up Service

This is the only curbside pickup service
for recycling in Southern Utah. The fee
is $20 per month for a weekly pickup.
Once a week, put everything in one bin,
and they do the sorting for you. Most
materials collected are not sold and
therefore must charge a fee just to
provide the service.

in St. George. They pay for metals and will
take donations for Habitat for Humanity.

Located in the industrial area of Cedar
City. This business has recently changed
ownership. The new owners are excited to be
a part of the recycling effort in Iron
County. They pay for most metals. Please
call them for special requests.

Located in the industrial area of St.
George. There is a roundabout for the public
to drop of their recycling. For businesses,
there is a place to drop of larger
quantities of paper and cardboard and
metals. Please contact them for prices.
