Town Council
Council Policies Procedures
Springdale Town Council is comprised of a voting Mayor and four voting Council members. They are all citizen volunteers who donate their time and energy to this community. They typically serve four year alternating terms. Municipal elections are held every two years.
Three members of this body can convene as a quorum. Three affirmative votes are required to pass any motion, even if only three members are sitting.
The Council meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 5:00 PM at Springdale Town Hall unless otherwise noticed..
State Code and Town ordinances details the powers and duties of the Town Council, and they have also adopted protocols for public hearings, and a code of conduct.
The Town also is drafting a handbook for its officials. When that is adopted, you'll be able to see it here.
