Irrigation Watering Schedule
The irrigation schedule allows watering between the hours of 6 p.m. and 10 a.m. The Irrigation System will generally not be pressurized and available outside of the hours specified on the schedule to allow water to be pumped to the settling ponds and the culinary water system. Please plan your irrigating to be done during your scheduled times. If you have any questions, please call the Town Hall.Irrigation Schedule & Service Application

Irrigation Master Plan
In 2021, the Town completed a new irrigation master plan to guide improvements in the secondary water/irrigation system. A copy of the master plan can be accessed here.Water Pressure Concerns
Many irrigation users have complained about low water pressure, particularly at the start of the watering time each day. The pumps that provide pressure to the system have a low pressure sensor that stops the pumps when the system pressure drops below a certain point. Public works personnel have observed that when many users turn on their private irrigation systems at the same time, the entire system pressure drops below the point where the pumps shut off, causing the entire system to not function correctly. The public works department would like to encourage all irrigation users to be mindful of when their private systems turn on. The irrigation schedule allows watering between the hours of 6 p.m. and 10 a.m. Many properties do not need to be irrigated for this entire time. If it is possible to set irrigation clocks to turn on later than the 6 p.m. start time, please do so. If private systems are turned on in a staggered fashion, the entire system pressure should remain high enough to keep the pumps operating correctly.
