Overview
Springdale Town Council is comprised of a Mayor and four Council members. All five members are voting members. They are all citizen volunteers who donate their time and energy to this community. They typically serve four year alternating terms. Municipal elections are held every two years.
Three members of this body can convene as a quorum. Three affirmative votes are required to pass any motion, even if only three members are sitting.
State Code (PDF) and
Town ordinances (PDF) details the powers and duties of the Town Council, and they have also adopted
