NOTICE OF ORDINANCENotice is hereby given that the Springdale Town Council, in its regular meeting of December 13, 2023, passed the following ordinance:
1. Ordinance 2023-08: Changes to Chapter 10-13F of the Town Code, the Transient Lodging Overlay Zone, altering the application process, review procedures, and land use requirements for new transient lodging facilitiesSaid Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice Website. A copy of said ordinance is linked above and also may be seen at the Office of the Town Clerk, 118 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, Utah.
