NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Springdale Planning Commission will hold public hearings as described below. The hearings will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767.

Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 5:00 PM
1. Design Development Review: Partial Redevelopment of 805 and 839 Zion Park Blvd, including renovation of the former Fatali Gallery building, demolition of former Casa de Amigos restaurant building and construction of five new commercial buildings, comprised of two restaurants and three retail buildings. The property is in the central commercial zone. Applicant: Rosemary Stum. Staff contact: Niall Connolly.
2. Design / Development Review: Development of a public plaza, public restrooms, and other public pedestrian amenities on parcel S-SHM-2, 680 Zion Park Blvd. Applicant: Town of Springdale. Staff contact: Niall Connolly.
3. Design Development Review: Amendment. Request for approval of amendments to the previously approved design of a new lodging building at the Driftwood Lodge, 1515 Zion Park Blvd. Staff contact: Niall Connolly.
This notice is intended to comply with the requirements of Utah State Code sections 10-9A-205 or 10-5-108 concerning notifying the public of upcoming public hearings.
Please contact Town Staff identified above for additional information about the matter(s) to be addressed in the public hearing. Staff reports regarding the matter(s) will be available by November 15, 2024, and will be posted on the Town’s website (https://www.springdaletown.com/agendacenter).
The public is invited to provide written comment on the matter(s) at least two days in advance of the public hearing or attend in person to provide verbal comments during the public hearing portion of the public meeting.
