NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Springdale Planning Commission will hold public hearings as described below. The hearings will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767.

- Public Hearing: Design Development Review: Partial Redevelopment of 805 and 839 Zion Park Blvd, including renovation of the former Fatali Gallery building, demolition of the former Casa de Amigos restaurant building, and construction of five new commercial buildings, comprised of two restaurants and three retail buildings. - Public Hearing: Design Development Review: Development of a new structure containing four transient lodging units and one long-term residential unit on the rear portion of parcel S-14-B-1 (933 Zion Canyon Boulevard). Applicant: Laura Doty. Staff contact: Niall Connolly.
This notice is intended to comply with the requirements of Utah State Code sections 10-9A-205 or 10-5-108 concerning notifying the public of upcoming public hearings. Please contact Town Staff identified above for additional information about the matter(s) to be addressed in the public hearing. Staff reports regarding the matter(s) will be available by January 10, 2025, and will be posted on the Town’s website (https://www.springdaletown.com/agendacenter). The public is invited to provide written comment on the matter(s) at least two days in advance of the public hearing or attend in person to provide verbal comments during the public hearing portion of the public meeting. |
