NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Springdale Planning Commission will hold public hearings as described below. The hearings will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767.

1. Zone Change: Request to change the zone on several small pieces of property in the Kinesava subdivision between the FR and VR zones to reflect changes to the configurations of Lots 1 and 12 and the adjacent common area in the subdivision, as well as a small portion of parcel S-161-B-2 (future Kinesava subdivision common area). Impacting a total of approximately 3,500 square feet of property (approximately 1/8 acre). Applicant: Phillip Bimstein. Staff contact: Thomas Dansie.
2. Ordinance Revision: Changes to Chapters 10-11A and 10-11B of the Town Code adding a minimum term of rental period for residential uses in the CC and VC zone. Staff contact: Thomas Dansie.
This notice is intended to comply with the requirements of Utah State Code sections 10-9A-205 or 10-5-108 concerning notifying the public of upcoming public hearings.
Please contact Town Staff identified above for additional information about the matter(s) to be addressed in the public hearing. Staff reports regarding the matter(s) will be available by April 12, 2024, and will be posted on the Town’s website (https://www.springdaletown.com/agendacenter).
The public is invited to provide written comment on the matter(s) at least two days in advance of the public hearing or attend in person to provide verbal comments during the public hearing portion of the public meeting.
