NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Springdale Town Council will hold public hearings as described below. The hearings will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767.

1. Public Hearing on budgeted compensation increases for executive municipal officers pursuant to Utah Code 10-3-818. Staff contact: Rick Wixom
2. Public Budget Hearing - Resolution 2024-06: Adoption of the Final Budget for FY 2024/2025. Staff contact: Rick Wixom
3. Public Hearing - Zone Change: Request to apply the Transient Lodging Overlay (TLO) to parcel S-14-B-1 (approximately 933 Zion Park Boulevard, in the CC zone) to allow the development of four new transient lodging units on the property. Applicant: Laura Doty. Staff contact: Thomas Dansie.
4. Public Hearing - Zone Change: Request to apply the Transient Lodging Overlay (TLO) to parcel S-MMIS-1 (approximately 975 Zion Park Boulevard, in the CC zone) to allow the development of eight new transient lodging units on the property. Applicant: Matt Rayner. Staff contact: Thomas Dansie.
5. Public Hearing - Ordinance Revision: Changes to several sections of Title 10 of the Town Code (the Land Use Ordinance) revising the regulations and requirements for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), including allowing external ADUs in the FR zone, as well as revisions to the regulations for guesthouses. This notice is intended to comply with the requirements of Utah State Code sections 10-9A-205 or 10-5-108 concerning notifying the public of upcoming public hearings.
Please contact Town Staff identified above for additional information about the matter(s) to be addressed in the public hearing. Staff reports regarding the matter(s) will be available by June 7, 2024, and will be posted on the Town’s website (https://www.springdaletown.com/agendacenter).
The public is invited to provide written comment on the matter(s) at least two days in advance of the public hearing or attend in person to provide verbal comments during the public hearing portion of the public meeting.
