In partnership with Sunrise Engineering, Springdale Town has developed a water service line inventory to comply with the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions set forth by the EPA.
The final service line inventory for Springdale has been classified as non-lead; meaning no lead, galvanized downstream of lead, or unknown service lines were found. The system was determined to be non-lead by performing field investigations and a detailed review of all available records including the following:
Aerial Imagery/Historical Imagery
Water system records, construction as-built drawings
Installation and construction dates
Assessor records
