1. What are your hours?

Town Hall is open for Town Business from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed 12 - 12:30 p.m. for lunch.

2. When are Town Council Meetings?

The second Wednesday of each month at 5 p.m. unless otherwise posted.

3. When does the Zion Canyon Visitors Bureau meet?

Zion Canyon Visitors Bureau meets at the Canyon Community Center at 2 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month.

4. Do you have a Notary Public?

Notary Public Services are available during business hours. Notary information can be found on the Notary Public page.

5. When are utility payments due?

Payments for utilities are due on the 25th of each month. For other utilities questions, contact the Utility Clerk at the Springdale Town Hall, at 435-772-3434.

6. Can I drop off a utility payment rather than mail it?

You may take it to the Town Hall offices front counter receptionist, or at the utilities drop box outside at 118 Lion Boulevard.

7. When are water meters read?

Meters are read at the end of each month. For billing information, contact the Utility Clerk at the Springdale Town Hall, at 435-772-3434.

8. I have a water leak in my house and need to have the water shut off and it's Saturday, what can I do?

Springdale Town Hall provides Public Works services on call over weekends and holidays. Call 435-216-8486 to reach the on call employee.

9. Whom do I notify when I move to or away from Springdale?

Contact the Utility Clerk at the Springdale Town Hall, at 435-772-3434.

10. Is there a park in town that I can rent for a family reunion or reception?

The Town Park is located on Lion Boulevard adjacent to the Town Hall and Canyon Community Center and has a gazebo, patio area, restrooms, softball field, tennis & pickleball courts, playground and volleyball courts. Nets are in place, but you must provide equipment. The playground, volleyball courts, tennis & pickleball courts and restrooms are open to the public and may not be rented or reserved.

Other park areas, ball field, gazebo and patio areas, may be reserved and rented for a fee, and deposit. Deposits are refundable provided the park facilities are left in good order and trash is removed. 11. I have lost my pet in Springdale. Where might I find it?

Contact the Police Department at 435-772-9096 to find out if your pet is at our shelter.

12. I need a burn permit. Whom do I call?

Contact the Rockville/Springdale Fire District at 435-772-5818.

13. Is there a Medical Clinic in Town?

Zion Canyon Clinic is the building just a few yards north of Town Hall. Hours of operation vary by season. You may contact them at 435-772-3226.  

14. Is there a Chamber of Commerce?

15. How do I sign up for utilities?

Contact the Utility Clerk, at Springdale Town Hall, 435-772-3434. Applications for water and sewer as well as secondary water (irrigation) can also be picked up from Springdale Town Hall receptionist or downloaded from the water or sewer pages of the website under Public Works. Each application is a $25 fee. Renters will be required to pay a deposit. There is no deposit required for new service to property owners.

16. May I use the Springdale Shuttle system?

Visitors are urged to park their cars in designated areas and ride the free shuttle throughout town or to the Zion National Park entrance. The shuttle system currently runs from mid-March through weekends in November.
