Where do I begin when booking an event?
There are a few steps that must be taken prior to booking an event. These steps include calling ahead or signing and submitting the rental request form. If the date is available, a confirmation letter confirming your request and contract/user agreement will be sent by email, fax or postal mail, depending on the information provided. Once you receive the contract/user agreement, you have five business days to return the signed contract/user agreement with deposits and one-half the rental fee. View the Rental Request Form (PDF).
