As detailed in the Park Use and Event Policy, the Gazebo and/or Field area(s) of the Town Park, may be rented for small private events, commercial events or rented for larger public festivals or events though the Town's Permitting process. Other areas of the Town Park, such as the playground, tennis courts or volley ball courts, may not be rented or reserved.
In order to comply with noise standards, park facilities may be rented between the hours of 7:00AM and 10:00PM all days of the week (see chapter 3B of Town Code). Park users who have rented park facilities must leave the park no later than 10:00PM.
Reservations are first come, first served. Please check availability with our CCC & Event Supervisor, Robyn Sanders, before submitting your reservation form. Thank you.
Renting the Gazebo & Field
If you are interested in renting the Gazebo and/or Field:

- Email Robyn Sanders, rsanders@springdale.utah.gov to check availability
- Fill out the Park Rental Request form here: Park Rental Request
- If additional permitting is required, you will be redirected to Community Development. Park reservation payments will not be processed until the permitting process is complete.
