BUTCH CASSIDY 10K/5K RACE: SATURDAY NOVEMBER 9, 2019
The Butch Cassidy Race is the most fun race you will ever do. Register promptly because the race will reach the registration cap quickly and if you miss out on getting in you will be really, really sad.
BACK TO THE OLD STOMPIN' GROUNDS!
Runners and spectators can look forward to the Butch Cassidy Race returning to the old route from Springdale to Grafton. Participants will run along the Virgin River, over the Rockville Bridge, and finishing in Grafton, the course is scenic, historic, challenging, and overall just plain awesome. The following helpful hints and race day reminders will help you have a fun and memorable experience at the Butch Cassidy Race.
You can pick up your registration packet on Friday, November 8th at the Springdale Town Hall (118 Lion Blvd) from 12pm (noon) until 7pm. Packets will also be available for pickup on Race Day until 8:30am.
Race Start Times
Both races will start at 9am.
Timing and Awards
The race will be timed by Runner Card. Results will be available at www.runnercard.com after the race. Awards will be given to the top male and female finishers in both the 5K and 10K, as well as to the top three finishers in each age category.
Butch Cassidy is more than just a race. It is a community event. There will be a plethora of fun activities for racers and spectators to enjoy after the race. Plan on spending time at the community park after the race to enjoy the party. Post-race events include:
