Evidence & Property
Adjudicated evidence and property can be picked up from the Springdale Police Department at 118 Lion BLVD Springdale, UT 84767 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. You must show proof of ownership to claim property. Appointments are required for any evidence/property release. If you are claiming a firearm, a BCI BRADY check must be conducted prior to release and needs to be scheduled in advance. Please call (435) 772-9096 or email the Evidence Technician to schedule an appointment. The evidence and property room is closed on holidays and weekends.
Unclaimed Property
The Springdale Police Department advertises a list of unclaimed, found, or abandoned property which is currently being stored in our evidence room. Please check back here periodically for that posting. If you have lost or unclaimed property, you can call us at 435-772-9096.
