There are a few steps that must be taken prior to booking an event. These steps include calling ahead or signing and submitting the rental request form. If the date is available, a confirmation letter confirming your request and contract/user agreement will be sent by email, fax or postal mail, depending on the information provided. Please call ahead prior to stopping in to guarantee that we are present and that the room is available. When not in use, the rooms are locked and you will need assistance to see the rooms. Town Hall is open for Town Business from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed 12 - 12:30 p.m. for lunch.

The Town Park is located on Lion Boulevard adjacent to the Town Hall and Canyon Community Center and has a gazebo, patio area, restrooms, softball field, tennis & pickleball courts, playground and volleyball courts. Nets are in place, but you must provide equipment. The playground, volleyball courts, tennis & pickleball courts and restrooms are open to the public and may not be rented or reserved.
Other park areas, ball field, gazebo and patio areas, may be reserved and rented for a fee, and deposit. Deposits are refundable provided the park facilities are left in good order and trash is removed. Contact the Utility Clerk, at Springdale Town Hall, 435-772-3434. Applications for water and sewer as well as secondary water (irrigation) can also be picked up from Springdale Town Hall receptionist or downloaded from the water or sewer pages of the website under Public Works. Each application is a $25 fee. Renters will be required to pay a deposit. There is no deposit required for new service to property owners.

Visitors are urged to park their cars in designated areas and ride the free shuttle throughout town or to the Zion National Park entrance. The shuttle system currently runs from mid-March through weekends in November.

1. **Site Analysis** View the site analysis requirements for more information. Make sure all the required elements of the site analysis are included. Upload all information required in the site analysis in a *single* PDF document.
2. **Geotechnical Report** If the property is in an area at high risk of natural hazard, the geotechnical report must include an initial analysis of site-specific geologic hazards. An additional geologic hazards investigation may also be required in areas at high risk of natural hazard.
3. **Residential Building Height and Size Increase Agreement Form** This form is *only* required for single and two-family residences in the VR and FR zones when the property owner requests a size and height increase pursuant to Chapter 10-15H of the Town Code. 4. **Payment information** You are able to pay the application fee with a credit card or ACH bank transfer.
